Balance Clean Meal Plans

Meal 1 
1/2 cup of oatmeal with cinnamon 
4 egg whites
1 whole egg
3/4 cup of berries

Post Workout
1 Serving of Shakeology

Meal 2 
5 oz. grilled chicken
4 oz. sweet potato
1 cup of vegetables 

Meal 3 
5 oz. grilled chicken
1 oz. almonds
1 cup of vegetables

Meal 4 
1 cup of Fage 0% Greek Yogurt
3/4 cup of berries

Meal 5 
6 oz. grilled chicken 
2/3 cup of quinoa
1 cup of vegetables
